You can’t.
For a start, there is no such thing as an mIRC server. mIRC is an IRC client that connects to IRC servers. There are plenty of other IRC clients, including X-Chat and Irssi.
The MSN Messenger network doesn’t use the IRC protocol, and the official MSN Messenger client doesn’t support that protocol (only the one used for messenger).
